Recently, Studio 300 left the lower level and ended up outside in Winston Woods Park in Bolingbrook. Here we teamed up with our Outreach department and together we led a fun photo scavenger hunt for families. The clues stumped a few of our participants but in the end everyone completed the hunt and earned themselves a prize.

Studio 300 kicked off this year’s Summer Camps for our Tween and Teen patrons with a Songwriting Workshop. The young patrons gathered for a creative collaboration in Studio 300. Together they selected a background music track, composed their melody, wrote their own lyrics, rehearsed the song, and then performed the track in one of our soundproof audio booths. The Maker Lab at Studio 300 has the Power Press Heat Press available for your heat transfer vinyl project. The 15-by-15-inch industrial-quality digital heat press includes Teflon on the heat platen. This heat press is compact and is an upward-opening model. Ideal for applying transfers, letters, numbers, and images on t-shirts, garments, bags, mouse mats, jigsaw puzzles, ID badges, ceramic tiles, and other items. Here are the details:
